The apartment 30 was fully renovated in 2022 and comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. It boasts 2 cozy bedrooms, a spacious living-bedroom area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. Conveniently located less than 5 minutes by car from Europa-Park, this apartment is perfect for families or larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

Situated on the ground floor of a charming two-family house, guests enter through their own private entrance. A hallway leads to all rooms in this expansive apartment, offering over 70m² of living space. The standout features include a large kitchen and a generously sized living room that connects seamlessly to both bedrooms, ensuring plenty of room for relaxation.

Bed linen and one shower towel per guest are provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, and Senseo coffee machine, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, featuring a spacious shower, a large bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet located near the entryway.

For added convenience, we offer a grocery delivery service from the local supermarket through our online shop. Free parking spaces are available in front of and behind the house, subject to availability.

Please note that arrivals after 8:00 PM are not possible.

Unfortunately, our apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that there is a small set of stairs at the entrance of the apartment.
