Our apartment 10

The apartment 10 has been renovated and offers space for up to 12 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet with shower, and a very large bathroom. The air-conditioned accommodation is located less than 1 km from the main entrance of Europa-Park.

Through the entrance area, where the smaller bathroom with shower & toilet is located, you reach a staircase that initially allows access to the larger bedroom with double and bunk beds. The staircase then leads to a hallway on the upper floor, which leads to the large bathroom, the living room with kitchen, two more bedrooms, and a storage room. There are 2 air conditioning units installed on the upper floor. They can fully air-condition or cool the room and heat it (in addition to the normal heating).

Bed linen and one shower towel per guest are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine (Senseo), etc.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, a separate bathtub, a toilet, and a double sink.

Additional important information

We offer our guests a convenient delivery service for purchases from the local supermarket via our online shop. You can use the parking facilities in front of and behind the house free of charge, depending on availability.

Please do not arrive after 8:00 PM.

Unfortunately, our apartments are not suitable for wheelchairs. Please note that access to the entrance  is only possible via steps and access to our rooms is only possible via a stair.

There is a fee-based washing machine and a dryer available for our guests next to the breakfast room.
Electric cars can be charged for a fee at our 4 charging stations. Please contact us in advance.

The apartment is located in a pretty older house that we have renovated in large parts. We apologize in advance for any creaking ceiling beams and the fact that not everything can be 100% soundproof. That's the charm of an older house.
